MAITAPO: Accidental Death Insurance Program
All current members in good standing are automatically insured for Accidental Death and benefits if a member is in an accident pursuant to the policy benefits described in the overview attached. Members KIA receive an additional benefit of $7,500. Death benefits can be as high as $30,000. See the overview for a full description of the plan and its terms.
